Hey everyone, I wanted to open this thread for anyone who feels emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, or simply “empty” because of work. Burnout doesn’ t always happen suddenly sometimes it builds up quietly over time, and many people don’t realize what’s happening until it starts affecting t heir health or personal life. I’m currently learning more about this topic and would really apprecia te hearing real experiences from the community. Let’s make this a respe ctful and supportive space where people can talk openly about work-relat ed burnout without feeling judged. If it helps, here are a few questions to reflect on: Early Signs: When did you first notice that your stress or fatigue felt different from normal tiredness? Work Factors: What responsibilities, expectations, or environments play ed the biggest role? Impact: How did burnout affect your emotions, motivation, or life outsi de of work? Coping: What helped you start feeling better time off, boundaries, lif estyle changes? Support: Did anyone notice what you were going through or offer help al ong the way? Feel free to share your story, thoughts, or advice. Sometimes simply kn owing that others have been through the same thing can be a big relief b izmap.ca. |
